Returns and Cancellations

Many industrial items are sourced, quoted, repaired, or ordered for a specific customer need. All returns must be reviewed and approved before anything is shipped back. Do not send items back without written approval.

The following types of items may be non-returnable: special order items, custom items, used items, electrical components, electronic repair items, installed items, opened seal kits, obsolete parts, and specially sourced parts. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Canceled orders may be subject to supplier cancellation fees, restocking fees, freight charges, or other costs already incurred at the time of cancellation. These costs, if any, will be communicated before cancellation is finalized where possible.

Approved returns must be in acceptable, unused, and undamaged condition. Returns may be subject to restocking fees. Credit, replacement, or refund options depend on the item, condition, supplier terms, and order status.

Repair evaluations, repair services, and diagnostic work may be non-refundable once performed. This includes industrial electronic repair, hydraulic repair, and similar services where labor and evaluation costs have been incurred.

Final return and cancellation eligibility depends on the specific item, its condition, applicable supplier or manufacturer terms, and the status of the order at the time of the request.
