Shipping Policy

Shipping options vary by item, supplier, size, weight, destination, and urgency. Available shipping methods and estimated costs are confirmed during the quote or order process.

Some items may ship directly from a supplier, manufacturer, repair provider, or warehouse. In these cases, shipment will be coordinated through the applicable source and tracked accordingly.

Freight items, oversized equipment, pump stations, motors, generators, and heavy or bulky parts may require special shipping arrangements, freight carriers, or scheduled delivery. Any special requirements will be communicated during the quote or order process.

The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the shipping address and ensuring that proper receiving arrangements are in place, including any requirements for lift gates, loading docks, or scheduled deliveries.

Any damage or shortage should be reported as soon as possible, ideally at the time of delivery. Claims should include photos of the damage, packaging, and carrier documentation. Delays in reporting may affect the ability to file a claim.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. Lead times depend on product availability, supplier processing times, and carrier schedules.
